About
A calmer way to run an ADHD day
DayTrellis is a holistic system for an ADHD-friendly day. No nagging, no shame, no dark patterns: a five-minute quiz, a five-pillar daily plan, grace days, and a coach that meets you where you are.
Why DayTrellis exists
Most tools for focus assume the problem is willpower, so they nag, gamify guilt, or bury you in features. That rarely helps an ADHD brain and often makes the day feel worse. DayTrellis starts from a different place: small, doable anchors across the parts of life that actually move attention and energy, with room to have an off day and pick the thread back up.
The five pillars
- Nutrition: steady fuel for focus and mood.
- Focus and cognitive strategies: working with an ADHD brain, not against it.
- Exercise and movement: the most reliable lever most people underuse.
- Mindfulness and sleep: the recovery that makes the rest possible.
- Environment and strengths: shaping your surroundings around what you do well.
How we handle the research
Everything in the library is written in plain English, cited, and honest about how strong the evidence is. We report what studies find; we do not diagnose, prescribe, or oversell. Our editorial policy lays out exactly how notes are researched, reviewed, and guardrailed before they publish.
Who is behind it
DayTrellis is founder-led and independent. Aaron Wilson, its founder, is a university academic who built it after his own adult ADHD diagnosis, as a research-grounded system rather than a clinical product. We are not clinicians, and we say so plainly: DayTrellis is wellness and education, and the library points to the researchers and professionals behind each claim. Read the founder’s bio.
Not medical care
DayTrellis is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace a licensed clinician. Your quiz results describe a profile, not a diagnosis. If you are in crisis, in the US call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), available 24/7. See our support page for resources.
